Ticketing and Events — Sell Tickets Online.
Events & Tickets
Sell tickets to your events right inside your CRM — no third-party ticketing service, no per-ticket fees. Create events with photos, dates and a venue, add ticket tiers (including free), and publish a branded storefront. Payments run through your existing invoices and Stripe Connect pay page, inventory counts as tickets sell, and buyers get a branded confirmation email. Embed it anywhere with [events].
What you get
Public storefront — a featured hero, search and filters, and rich event cards; each event has its own page with an image gallery, a Google map, and a ticket picker.
Ticket tiers — as many price levels as you want (General, VIP, Early Bird…), each with its own price, quantity, and per-order limit. Any tier can be free.
Checkout & payment — cart checkout that creates an invoice and collects payment on your built-in Stripe Connect pay page. Inventory only counts once an order is actually paid.
Attendees — collects a name per ticket on multi-ticket orders; exportable attendee CSV per event.
Branded confirmation email — order number front and center, event details, a tap-to-open map, terms, and your colors.
Notify-me list — an opt-in sign-up on the events page; announce a new event to the list with one click, and export the list to CSV.
Admin niceties — duplicate an event, mark events featured, "terms & rules" per event, and a dashboard with sales and recent orders.
Yours to brand — every color comes from your Events settings; no logos or names are hard-coded.
Just upload to your marketplace. Be sure to connect your billing so you can get payments.
How do customers pay? Through your existing invoices module and Stripe Connect pay page. Checkout creates an invoice for the order and sends the buyer there to pay — there's no separate payment system to set up.
Do I need anything for it to work? The Clients and Invoices modules (it uses them for the buyer record and payment). Stripe Connect should be set up in Invoices so cards can be charged.
Are there per-ticket fees? None from this module. You only pay whatever Stripe charges to process the card.
Can I offer free tickets / RSVPs? Yes. Set a tier's price to 0 (or tick "Free"). Free orders skip payment and are confirmed instantly.
What happens after someone buys? Once the invoice is paid, the ticket count goes up, the buyer gets a confirmation email with their order number, and chosen staff are notified. Free orders confirm right away.
Do tickets have QR codes / do we scan people in? Not currently. Check-in is by order number and name — both are shown big in the confirmation email and in your attendee list. (QR scanning can be added later.)
Where do orders and buyers show up? Buyers become clients in your CRM, each paid order creates an invoice, and the Events dashboard shows sales, revenue, and the most recent orders. Export a full attendee CSV per event.
Can I collect each attendee's name? Yes — when someone buys more than one ticket, checkout asks for a name per ticket. Those names appear on the confirmation, the order page, and the CSV.
How do refunds work? Refund the invoice in your invoices/Stripe flow as you would any invoice. (The module doesn't auto-restock inventory on refund.)
Can I put the events on my main website? Yes. Drop the [events] shortcode on any page (via the Website module) to embed the storefront; it auto-sizes to fit. [events event="12"] embeds a single event.
Can I match my brand? Yes — set your colors in Events → Settings and the storefront, event pages, and emails all follow them. There's no fixed logo or company name baked in.
What about images? Upload a main image plus a gallery per event; they're auto-resized and converted to WebP for fast loading. JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP are supported (iPhone HEIC isn't — shoot or export as JPG).
Is the Notify-me list spammy? No. It's opt-in only, announcements are sent only when you click "Announce" on an event, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Does it work on phones? Yes — the storefront, event pages, checkout, and emails are all mobile-friendly.
Can I duplicate an event? Yes. Duplicate copies the details, images, and ticket tiers into a new draft (with sales counts reset) so you can reuse a setup.
